Regional Acumen Support Data Analyst

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Document mapping rules and procedures for knowledge management and future reference
• Control the mapping of data from multiple source systems (EDP,CMO, Prism, InterRisk, etc.) to the Acumen platform for the APAC region
• Develop, test, and maintain data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between source systems and BI tools.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, mapping errors, and system incompatibilities
• Develop Uniform’s form / projects from creation, testing, implementation, reporting and documentation   
• Coordinate with business support as needed
• Design & manage the digital representation of Retail Floor plans within the Acumen system for the APAC region.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the Acumen Support team

• Management and resolution of user issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate with business representatives
• Timely delivery of reports and layouts, issue resolution

REQUIRED QULAIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Professional and personable approach with the ability to prioritize tasks as required.
• Analytical, with good visualization and computer literacy with the ability to expand these skills as necessary.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Suite and experience with data visualization tools.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy - particularly numbers and spatial creativity.
