What you'll do

• Work with tabular datasets to clean, transform, and analyse data for operational and strategic use
• Develop time-series forecasting models to support planning and decision-making both internally and for our clients
• Process and analyse voice-to-text transcribed data from customer interactions and internal sources
• Support the development and deployment of NLP models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer support) to deliver data-driven insights
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Who you are

• Proficiency in Python (e.g. pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
• Experience (academic or practical) with time-series data, as well as building and evaluating classification and regression models (e.g. XGBoost, LightGBM)
• Exposure to natural language processing (e.g. text cleaning, embeddings, simple model training)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• Clear communicative skills and a collaborative attitude
• Relevant master’s degree and 0-3 years of experience
• It’s an advantage if you have prior exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
