Are you passionate about transforming data into powerful insights that drive business success? We're building a world-class Data and Business Intelligence (BI) function to empower our organization with data-driven strategies. Our team is at the forefront of developing a global data platform, pioneering data enablement practices, and delivering impactful BI solutions across the company.

We're seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our expanding Data & BI Team, with a special focus on the Swedish market. In this role, you'll collaborate with data engineers, our Data Enablement Lead, and local stakeholders to create impactful Power BI solutions that enhance decision-making processes. You'll help shape our data usage across Swedish operations, transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive performance, transparency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support both operational and strategic decision-making in the Swedish market.
• Work closely with stakeholders from finance, operations, and commercial teams to gather requirements and translate them into insightful data visualizations.
• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of BI solutions through thorough testing and validation.
• Enhance existing Power BI reports for improved performance, usability, and clarity.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust, scalable data pipelines that align with business needs.
• Utilize the Global Data Platform (GDP) to enable insightful and actionable reporting.
• Support the Data Enablement Lead in advocating for BI best practices and encouraging user adoption across Swedish operations.
• Contribute to boosting data literacy and self-service capabilities within the organization.

Who You Are:

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your detail-oriented nature and proactive approach to problem-solving and solution design make you adept at working with complex datasets, translating them into clear and actionable business insights.

Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in BI/data visualization disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in Power BI development, with strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Swedish language proficiency is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in property, real estate, or service-based industries is beneficial but not required.
