JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Support for advancing AI-enabled onboarding for new nonprofit organizations, and need and asset co-discovery tools, including possible use of LLMs and structured data workflows, for the NSF supported SWAP system, a deployed software platform and solution helping nonprofits exchange resources more effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

• Help build AI-driven onboarding tools for new nonprofit users
• Contribute to AI-enabled co-discovery tools for matching needs and assets
• Support testing and documentation of new platform features
• Communicate progress clearly and reliably
• Adapt to shifting needs in a fast-paced project

Key Requirements:

• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Interest or experience in AI, LLMs, or structured data
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Team player who takes initiative
• Comfortable working on active, user-facing systems
