Data Scientist

On this occasion, we are looking for a Data Scientist in the technology area, joining the Advanced Analytics, AI & Data Monetization team.

What is the purpose/mission of the position?

With your solution-oriented and proactive mindset, you translate business issues into data science solutions that you build using our AI toolkit.

What you will do?

• Collaborate in a cross-functional agile environment with teams such as data engineering and business teams.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to convert business problems into quantitative questions with data-driven solution. Identification of use cases for data science application.
• Development of a new data model: continuous improvement of the information inside the company  data model, requirements taking , and translation into technical tasks, including definition of the data model and load logic ”.
• Automation of recurring reports, programming and putting into production.
• Propose improvements based on the previous knowledge and gain customer insights based on internal & external data.

What are we looking for?

• +7  years of professional statistical modeling experience with solid knowledge of GLM, Machine Learning, and AI
• Advanced proficiency with one or more statistical programming languages such as R, Phyton, ML azure or SAS
• Mastering SQL language for extracting data and having knowledge of ETL processes.
• Proven experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView…)
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple assignments simultaneously, setting clear goals, and managing customer expectations
• Advanced degree in fields of quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics and other related fields with advanced coursework in statistics.
• Become a part of an agile, collaborative and production-oriented team.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
