About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for a wide range of IT roles across technologies, levels, and domains, and be adept at working in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

What You Will Do

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with delivery managers, project leads, and HR business partners to define staffing needs for IT roles (developers, testers, architects, support, infra, etc.).

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), internal databases, employee referrals, and headhunting.

  • Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and organizational alignment.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and stakeholders; ensure timely feedback and closure.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Negotiate offers, follow up for documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, generate hiring reports, and track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Stay up to date with IT industry hiring trends, technologies, and market dynamics

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a service-based company or staffing firm.

  • Familiarity with technologies like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Data Science, etc.

  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using ATS/HRMS tools and Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Understanding of billable resource models and client delivery environments.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
