This role bridges high-level corporate strategy with day-to-day business operations, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders - Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data Analytics, Customer Success, and People teams - to align on objectives, implement best-in-class processes, and drive organizational performance. This role is part of the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Planning, and will require partial on-site presence at our Mountain View, CA headquarters.
What Will You Do?
- Own the annual and quarterly strategic planning cycle: define company goals, success metrics, governance models and maintain a dynamic roadmap that adapts to evolving priorities
- Lead deep-dive market, competitive and internal performance analyses; partner with Finance and Data teams to build KPI-driven dashboards and measure program impact
- Facilitate executive sessions and steering-committee forums to align on priorities, allocate resources, manage risks and drive decision-making
- Lead and evolve the company Rhythm of Business: design and optimize the operational cadence for business reviews, stakeholder syncs and performance check-ins to ensure clear alignment on Company Goals and KPIs, managing content preparation, execution and follow-up
- Translate strategic initiatives into detailed workstream plans - charters, timelines and resource requirements - and oversee cross-functional execution via stand-ups, milestone reviews and proactive issue tracking
- Champion change management: develop communication plans, training materials and engagement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Lead ad-hoc projects, often confidential and time-sensitive, with a focus on transformation and measurable results, by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Identify unstructured business problems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive solutions across the organization
- Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing Strategy & Business Operations team to sustain strategic and operational excellence
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, management consulting, or equivalent roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of translating executive strategy into operational plans and driving cross-functional execution with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and interpreting complex financial models, market analyses, and performance dashboards
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and build consensus across diverse teams
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and process improvements at scale
- Expertise in strategic frameworks (OKRs, balanced scorecard, gap analysis) and program management tools/methodologies (Asana, Jira, Agile, RACI, Gantt)
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI-driven analytics and large-language-model tools (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, NotebookLM, Perplexity) to conduct deep market research, automate data collection and analysis workflows, and surface high-impact, data-driven insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level presentations for Board and C-suite audiences
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related field preferred
- Ability to be on-site at SentinelOne’s Mountain View, CA headquarters 2 days per week
