Preferred Location For Position Is Our Office In Alexandria, Virginia.  

Work At Home Potential Two Days Per Week After Training 

Expedition Expectations   

• Performs data integrity routines to identify and correct missing or invalid data in front-office and back-office systems.
• Reviews invoicing data and corrects, re-invoices, or voids invalid invoices.
• Configures new reports in various systems; maintains existing report configuration.
• Documents procedures and updates procedural documents/job aids as processes evolve.
• Maintains periodic report routines; runs, reviews, corrects, and delivers reports on various daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly schedules.
• Resolves overdue vendor commission payments correcting, voiding, or assisting in collections.
• Assists Leisure Support Team and Finance Team with commission research, error resolution, and collections.
• Interacts smoothly with co-workers of varying technical ability.
• Encourages adoption of company systems and procedures.

Passport to Success 

• Experience with front-office to back-office interface concepts.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully interact with various employee types including peers, managers, executives, and independent contractors.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.

Going the Extra Mile 

• Travel industry knowledge.
• Experience with ClientBase, CentralCommand, Trams, or Travcom.
• Post-secondary studies in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
