What You Will Do:

As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working as part of a highly collaborative team in the accurate and timely update of data into our systems, enabling smoother working processes, trend identification of inventory and jobs and patterns that will help us to drive business decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with frontline sales and support teams on the collection and input of data into systems as per SOPs.
• Keep data clean and accurate at all times.
• In collaboration with the support team, work to develop ways to optimize data efficiency and quality.
• Work with wider management and stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.
• Be curious about continuous improvement in data inputting processes, and how this can enhance decision making and business efficiency.

How Will Your Success Be Measured:

• 100 % accuracy and timely input of data into systems.
• Peer and management feedback sessions.

Requirements

• A Thai national with native level fluency in written and spoken Thai and English is preferred, though non native applicants who are fluent in both Thai and English, who are currently based in Bangkok will be considered.
• This is an onsite role 5 days a week. Applicants need to live in a commutable distance to our office.
• Proven working experience in SaaS technology as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Be Bangkok based and willing to be based onsite at our Bangkok HQ.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to undertake repetitive desk based work.
• High attention to detail and accuracy is required in this position.
• Great communication and collaboration skills as you will be required to speak and collaborate with all departments as required.
• Previous experience working with database systems such as Airtable and CRM systems is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
