Marllm.io - Senior Full Stack Developer

I am an engineer-turned-founder, originally from Lithuania and now based in London. 

At Marllm.io we’re building a marketing-tech platform that helps businesses win customers without pouring cash into ads or wrestling with SEO. 

We keep things lean, practical, and experiment-driven so we can move fast and learn even faster.

I lead a tight crew of five (plus a few brilliant advisors) and we’re gearing up for our first VC round. The vibe? Supportive, low-ego, and big on shared ownership. If you love turning fresh ideas into working code that solves real problems, you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer at a Senior level. 

You’re someone who can grow into our future Lead Engineer, partnering with the technical founders to ship bold, user-focused features and keep our codebase clean and maintainable.

In this role, you will:

🏗️ Design and implement scalable, maintainable software architectures
💻 Build client- and server-side applications with top-notch performance
🤖 Develop proprietary AI models, LLM prompts, and other ML solutions
☁️ Manage and optimise AWS environments, Cloudflare, NGINX, Docker
📈 Drive product decisions and champion human-centric development
📝 Document processes and code for clarity and future onboarding
🗣️ Interact with clients, onboard new engineers, share knowledge
🧩 Solve unforeseen technical challenges with a calm, logical approach

This is a full-time gig (four-day week possible) working mostly on UK hours ± 2 hours.

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✅ 6+ years of experience with MERN stack, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, Cloudflare, NGINX, Vercel, Docker
✅ Proven track record building complex architectures from MVP to production
✅ Solid hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications and model deployment
✅ Comfortable across front-end (HTML, CSS, Tailwind) and back-end (Pinecone, microservices, serverless)

Brownie points:

⭐ SEO know-how
⭐ Deeper AI/ML chops (Colab, Streamlit, FastAPI, PyTorch, etc.)
⭐ Entrepreneurial streak and previous startup exposure
⭐ Ability to pivot quickly and learn on the fly

⭐Python experience

You’re a curious problem-solver who communicates clearly, embraces change, and loves aligning tech decisions with user and business needs. You own your work, give candid feedback, and prefer simple solutions over fancy ones that don’t add value.
