Demand Planning Analyst

Job Description:

Salad and Go is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and analyzing critical data in spreadsheets to ensure our restaurants are always stocked with fresh ingredients, by supporting the accurate calculation of future needs. While previous QSR or Supply Chain experience is a plus, your strong analytical capabilities and willingness to dive deep into our business operations are paramount.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a blend of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Exceptional Excel Proficiency (Advanced Level): Demonstrates expertise in creating, maintaining, and manipulating complex spreadsheets (VBA for automation is a plus).

• Ability to navigate and utilize various applications within the Microsoft Office Suite for communication, documentation, and presentations.

• Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong capacity to identify data issues, analyze root causes, and propose practical, data-backed solutions.

• Ability to grasp and work with complex, abstract data relationships and logic, quickly adapting to new business processes and unique data challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, inventory planning, or similar role with a strong emphasis on Excel-based operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL, Python, R, or any analysis-based software experience.

• Previous experience within the QSR industry, food manufacturing, or data management/analysis.

• Experience in utilizing ERP/MRP systems for data retrieval and report generation.
