Transform data into innovation: Senior Data Manager at the LEGO Group's Moulding Analytics Center!

Join our Moulding Analytics Center (MAC) as a Senior Data Manager and be at the forefront of innovation in injection moulding. You'll drive data-driven decision-making, foster collaboration with digital product teams, and ensure the seamless transition to our pioneering KOM Campus facility. Shape the future of engineering solutions while solving exciting digital challenges in a dynamic environment!

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the program of digital business projects within the Moulding Analytics Center (MAC) organization. Both as program, product and project manager.
  • Be the senior digital project manager for the Digital KOM Campus project, covering the full KOM Campus Moulding Cluster (MAC, R&D Moulding, and MA&Q) scope.
  • Be the digital program and project manager for the future digital Moulding Cluster projects when all areas have moved to KOM Campus. This includes building strong relationships and alignments in the short and longer term between all areas in the Moulding Cluster as well as the core MAC customers.
  • Be the primary point of contact and act as the MAC digital business sparring partner to the R&D Product Manager supporting the prioritization of the right digital products to be delivered at the right time.
  • Build a strong relationship with the Digital Technology department
  • Act as the MAC LT digital sparring partner translating the details of the MAC challenges to a higher level of decision-making actions
  • Drive capability building aiming at increasing the overall skills level of the MAC organization on agile methodology capabilities

The Moulding Analytics Center (MAC) is the competence center for one of the LEGO Groups core capabilities: Injection moulding. MAC is responsible for developing mould parameters and standards for existing and future materials and moulding process solutions via data driven decision-making for engineering solutions across functions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience working with digital project management, program management and product management.
  • Experience within the field of digital transformation
  • Expert in agile methodologies like scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.
  • Understanding the complexity within the fields of IT and OT solutions
  • Strong relationship builder on both leadership level and specialist level. Both within MAC and across Engineering departments
  • Able to convert technical project specific terminology into a business value and delivery output language
  • A self-motivated teammate with superb communication, project management and multi-tasking skills
