Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business needs and objectives.

• Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, and business metrics from data

• Create data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspective

• Assist in planning, forecasting, and AB testing processes.

• Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights.

• Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources.

• Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the company.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools.

• 4+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science or business intelligence, e-commerce experience is a plus.

• University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, AB testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English.

• Acts as a team mentor

• Good communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Applying expertise in analysis to see beyond the numbers and provide clear insights.
