WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You research and identify key actions in the customer journey that have a direct, long term impact on our business KPIs and drive the marketing strategies
Apply experimental and quasi experimental approaches to uncover causal relationship in our customer journey and thus actively the customer journey
Work together with other Analysts, Applied Scientists, Data Engineers as well as Marketing Managers to translate your insights into products that are actively used
You drive and foster a causal mindset when it comes to our analytics setup and act as a key supporter to quantify what actually drives marketing and our customers
Mentor and upskill analysts, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
You have a Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
You have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in causal inference in the context of marketing or customer behavioral research
You have strong foundation in research design, experimental methodologies, and quasi experimental techniques such as Difference-in-Differences (Diff-in-Diff), synthetic control, instrumental variables or others
You are proficiency in Python/R using its relevant frameworks for statistical analysis
You have initial experience using distributed systems such as Databricks
You understand the importance of scientific rigor and business impact, and know how to align both effectively
