Role Overview 

Analytics Partner - (Managing Partner Analytics, Mediahub)

Role Overview:

The Analytics Partner at Mediahub is a senior leadership role overseeing all analytics initiatives across the agency for existing clients, and supporting new business efforts, directly reporting to the Head of Analytics UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding strategic analytics projects, enhancing client relationships, and driving innovation within the analytics function. This role requires deep expertise in media analytics, strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Respoosibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the analytics team, ensuring high-quality outputs and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop analytics team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring operational excellence.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the principal analytics liaison for key client stakeholders, ensuring analytics deliverables align with client business objectives.
  • Lead strategic analytics discussions, translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Advanced Analytics & Innovation:

  • Drive advanced analytics projects including econometric modelling, predictive analytics, and segmentation strategies to inform media investments and performance.
  • Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge analytics methodologies and tools, enhancing Mediahub’s analytics capabilities and offerings.

Measurement & Effectiveness:

  • Design, implement, and evolve comprehensive measurement frameworks, linking media performance directly to client business outcomes.
  • Oversee the deployment of robust test-and-learn programmes, providing insights and recommendations to enhance media effectiveness.

Collaboration & Integration:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and client services, to ensure alignment and integration of analytics insights across client campaigns.
  • Foster an analytics-first culture across Mediahub, promoting data-driven decision-making throughout the agency.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker passionate about using data to drive business growth. They will have excellent leadership abilities, a commitment to innovation in analytics, and the capability to influence strategic decision-making at senior levels. This role is suited for someone driven by intellectual curiosity and dedicated to fostering a collaborative, results-oriented analytics culture.

  • Extensive experience in senior analytics roles within media agencies or client-side media functions.
  • Proven track record in leading analytics teams and managing complex, multi-market analytics projects.
  • Expertise in econometrics, marketing mix modelling, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency with statistical and analytical tools including Python, R, SQL, and BI visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at clearly articulating analytics insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on analytical expertise, capable of influencing senior client decisions.
