Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Offshore Data Analyst to support our Finance organization and business teams. This role serves as the critical link between financial data insights and business decision-making, providing accurate reporting, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, data visualization, and SaaS-based financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and data reconciliation across multiple systems.
  • Provide insights into financial performance, KPIs, and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and review.
  • Work closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to optimize data sources and automation.
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an offshore setup while maintaining high responsiveness and collaboration.
  • This job requires the candidate to to be working during 8am to 5pm US Eastern Time Zone hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or SaaS subscription billing platforms.
  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics in finance.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk analysis, and financial auditing processes
