The Customer Service Manager's mission:

Own and optimize growth initiatives — across paid, referral, and experimental channels — by generating insights from data, communicating findings clearly, and collaborating across functions to execute high-impact strategies.

The expected outcome:

  • Consistently optimize paid and referral campaigns to improve key KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROAS, retention) by X%.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or reports that track performance across all acquisition channels.
  • Proactively surface insights that influence strategic decisions across product, engineering, and finance. 
  • Design and run at least 3 major growth experiments end-to-end in collaboration with devs and marketers. - Increase efficiency or ROI from at least one of our internal growth tools or channels.

The day to day tasks:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across paid, referral, and experimental channels.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns by making data-driven adjustments to improve CAC, ROAS, and retention.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to implement growth initiatives.
  • Design, launch, and monitor A/B tests or growth experiments end-to-end.
  • Build and update dashboards and reports that provide visibility into acquisition performance.
  • Research and propose new tools, platforms, or strategies to improve growth efficiency.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through async reports or live sessions.
  • Stay updated on growth trends, tools, and best practices.

    You’re fluent in SQL and analytics tools, and you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.

    You thrive in autonomy, take ownership of your projects, and push them forward from concept to execution.
