Why this role exists
By ensuring the availability of clean, structured data, the Analytics Engineer empowers the company to make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and maintain a competitive edge in the remote work industry.

The impact you’ll make:

• Data Infrastructure:
  • Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes for dependable data flow.
• Analytics and Modeling:
  • Develop analytics models to find trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and turn these into clear technical plans.
• Reporting and Visualization:
  • Create dashboards and reports that give stakeholders the insights they need, when they need them.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Improve data systems for better performance and usability.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python or similar for data tasks.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics techniques.
• Familiar with cloud data services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Good at solving problems and analyzing data.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
