Job Description

As a Product Manager for Wix Emails, you will be responsible for the development of innovative email-related products for millions of Wix users. You'll work with cross-functional teams to create user-centric experiences and drive impactful results. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Define, prioritize, and refine product features through user research, feedback, and data 

• Rapidly test and validate new ideas and prototypes, iterating based on learnings 

• Collaborate hands-on with a cross-functional team (engineering, data and design) to deliver results fast

• Monitor product performance, define and track key metrics, and adjust priorities regularly in response to feedback and results 

• Write and test effective prompts for AI tools to create AI user flows and journeys for the product

• Communicate with stakeholders by sharing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and key milestones

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a product manager in the software development field

• Expertise in creating and testing effective prompts for AI tools, with knowledge that allows you to scope and build AI-driven experiences 

• Experience conducting user research and interviews to uncover real user needs 

• Ability to run and evaluate A/B tests, launch product experiments and make evidence-based decisions 

• Strong communication skills that allow you to align teams and stakeholders with clear, timely updates 

• Ownership mindset with the ability to take full responsibility for driving the product forward

Salary range is 3700 - 5500 Eur GROSS / month (Total package, including equity)
