Data Management Specialist

This position will support sales operations by monitoring, analyzing, transforming and managing key data within the organization.

• Transforms data through the usage of automated tools (such as scripting language and SQL-like systems), in order to adapt data sets to required formats and standards
• Understand Stakeholder pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
• Working directly with Stakeholders to support various projects and provide solutions
• Designing end-to-end solutions that improves collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
• Manages, analyses, and resolves data initiative issues to meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
• Efficient Animation with respective sales community through collaboration tools
• This role will work closely with :
  • GSL management
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Applications Solution Owners.
