Description & Summary: GCCs in India are increasingly spending on AI and Gen AI based solutions. For some GCCs their AI/Gen AI CoE is based out of India. We are growing at 40% in GCCs market segment. AI based solutions will help us to present a more comprehensive and compelling solutions to our clients. In Data & Analytics practice, we are looking to accelerate our growth in this market with greater focus. The candidate with his experience of leading AI/ML and GenAI solutions in GCCs is expected to contribute additional growth in value selling in GCCs.

Responsibilities:

The primary focus would be on the following:

· Advanced Analytics - AI/ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI

· Develop the team and the capability around AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI based solutions for GCCs.

· Drive a portfolio of business in GCCs focusing on the AI/GenAI based solutions

· Create business both in India and in the global market based on functional solutions for AI based solutions.

· Build capabilities of the team and help attract and scale up team

· Drive delivery excellence through innovations, productivity improvements.

· Convene diverse teams to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality services

· Anticipate the impact of future technology and upskill team to remain relevant.

· Mitigate evolving risks to the practice and the Firm.

· Adhere to and enforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

· Demonstrate and drive accountability across the team for quality and technical expertise Practice Building:

Mandatory skill sets:

· Advanced Analytics - AI/ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI · Develop the team and the capability around AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI based solutions for GCCs. · Drive a portfolio of business in GCCs focusing on the AI/GenAI based solutions · 10-12 years of experience in core Data & Analytics work · Deep sectoral focus– will help us to fill up the gap in our sectoral capabilities in Data and analytics sector.
