Overview
The Data Analyst researches, analyzes, evaluates, and assists with ongoing data analysis, reporting, and data needs that support Integrated Care Solution's (ICS) operations and strategies. The role includes the design, management, validation, analysis, and reporting of data and information. The Data Analyst will support work related to multiple performance improvement initiatives and programs using operational, clinical, and financial data. Other responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of data within the ICS data infrastructure in collaboration with the ICS IT department.

- Designs, manages, validates, and analyzes data related to performance improvement (e.g. quality, cost, experience), research, and internal/external reporting.
- Conducts ongoing data quality assurance and assists in management of Population Health Management technology data integrity.
- Assists with reporting, analytics, and data integration related to ICS community practices. This includes supporting the preparation of all project-related products and tasks, including analyses, research reports, progress reports, presentations, graphics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years experience Experience in data analytics (preferably in healthcare)

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $24.31/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
