AI Product Designer

We are now seeking an accomplished Product Designer with a proven track record in designing and implementing AI features and function entities into enterprise-level business solutions.

How to succeed?

The ideal candidate would understand that human-oriented design is a critical factor for success in product development, especially in an evolving AI landscape.

You have substantial experience in user interface and user experience design, prototyping, and human-centered design methodology. You understand how to gather the necessary information from relevant stakeholders by facilitating to ensure that solutions meet the end-users' needs and align with our organizational objectives and targets. You understand that an MVP is just the beginning, and scalability is crucial.

You are aware of the realities of enterprise solutions: usability, accessibility, and security are not optional but fundamental requirements. You have designed systems that stand the test of time—not just prototypes, but comprehensive solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of customers. You know how a high-quality user experience delivers tangible business value and you're eager to help build the next level of SaaS with AI in enterprise use. You can bring your own vision to the team, but you also value the expertise of others and are committed to developing better thinking and mentoring together.

You are a self-directed team player and you communicate fluently with both internal stakeholders and customers. You are fluent in English (Finnish is considered an asset due to the customer base and professional vocabulary) and have a solid understanding of the local context and legislation.

We have flexibility in location so you can work remotely, from one of our offices in Helsinki or Lappeenranta, or from any Visma office in Finland.

The salary range in this position is around 4-5 keur/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations. The recruitment process includes 2 interview rounds with a small task and an online personality assessment.
