Role overview

We're seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our global Product Marketing team. You’ll own the strategy for launching and positioning our Application Performance Platform and its solutions, collaborating with teams across the company to influence our product roadmap, drive adoption and engagement, and accelerate Cast AI’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning, Messaging and Product Assets - Craft and validate compelling messaging, and bring it to life in critical assets, like our website, sales decks, and roadmap overviews.
  • Product & Feature Launches - Coordinate launches, from initial messaging validation, to planning, to asset production, to driving adoption.
  • Product & Persona Centric Enablement - Equip Marketing and Sales with messaging, competitive battlecards, ICP insights, Voice of Customer (VOC), and all content foundations regarding product and how buyers think and buy.
  • CABs, VOC and Product Evangelism - Build relationships with customer champions. Collect, structure, and share the voice of the customer. Act as an external evangelist for the product line.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate technical features into business value.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers who act as co-product owners, sharing responsibilities with Product Managers to align product strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead ongoing market analysis, identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape strategic product direction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe (GMT 0 to GMT +3 time zones) to enable close collaboration with our regional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML technologies, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in product marketing or product management roles within cloud computing, SaaS, or infrastructure technologies, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Proven track record managing pricing.
  • Strong foundation in engineering or technical background (cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps).
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Proven success in marketing DevOps tools or infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic messaging.
  • Experience with GTM execution in a high-growth environment.
