We are now looking for an experienced, AI focused Software Developer to join our journey in transitioning AI experiments into real-world applications and towards a truly AI native software product company.

How to succeed?

You have a proven track record of building products that align practical implementation with user value. You have played a key role in transforming digital prototypes into market-ready solutions, understanding all the intricacies involved in these transitions. Agile methodologies are your tools for facilitating development, helping you organize, prioritize, and accelerate projects without falling prey to silos or bureaucracy.

You have successfully integrated AI solutions into existing systems, addressing multiple business use cases with a focus on seamless communication and data flow, contributing to operational efficiency. Your experience in software development, testing, and building enterprise products is solid. You understand that scalability and security are fundamental, non-negotiable requirements for enterprise solutions.

The technologies are evolving rapidly, but as an example you might have experience from tools and technologies such as

• AI platforms: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry
• Orchestrators: make, n8n, langchain
• Development assistants and IDEs: co-pilots, Cursor.

You bring a clear vision to the team, with strong hands-on development skills, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborative thinking, and mentorship. You are fluent in English, Finnish language skills are considered a plus.

We have flexibility in location so you can work remotely, from one of our offices in Helsinki or Lappeenranta, or from any Visma office in Finland.

The salary range in this position is around 4-5 keur/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations. The recruitment process includes 2 interview rounds with a small task and an online personality assessment.
