What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Estamos procurando um(a) Machine Learning Engineer Sênior que mande bem em construir soluções de ML ponta a ponta e transformar modelos em produtos escaláveis e confiáveis.

Se você curte desafios, tem experiência com produção de modelos, curte trabalhar com LLMs e sonha em colocar IA em produção de verdade... essa vaga é pra você!
O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:
Construir e manter pipelines robustos para treinamento, validação e deployment de modelos de ML.
Desenvolver agentes e pipelines de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) com LLMs (ex: GPT, Gemini, Llama).
Gerenciar experimentos com ferramentas como MLflow e Databricks.
Integrar modelos a pipelines de dados com DW, NoSQL e bancos vetoriais
Implementar monitoramento contínuo de performance e drift de modelos em produção.
Aplicar estratégias de fine-tuning, quantização e pruning para otimização de modelos.
Construir e sustentar APIs performáticas
Atuar na padronização do desenvolvimento (CI/CD e boas práticas de MLOps).
Apoiar a transição de notebooks exploratórios para produção robusta.
O que esperamos de você:
Experiência sólida com construção de pipelines completos de ML: treinamento, avaliação, otimização, deployment e monitoramento.
Capacidade de escrever código de produção com boas práticas de engenharia de software.
Domínio em integração de modelos com sistemas maiores, considerando arquiteturas sync/async, APIs e CI/CD.
Experiência com ferramentas como Databricks e similares.
Habilidade para trabalhar em time enxuto e ágil, atuando também como referência técnica.
