You will be responsible for managing data discovery and insights generation for key initiatives. In this role, you will also be expected to collaborate with Data Engineers to improve and enrich existing state of data to meet current as well as possible future use cases.

What You'll Do
Partner with product managers, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to analyze user behavior and marketing performance
Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to drive product and growth improvements
Build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover trends.
Use forecasting models to help predict user growth, revenue, or campaign performance.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with data engineering and other analysts to improve data infrastructure and tooling.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally in a product or marketing analytics environment.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) [GCP preferred]
Has working experience working with python/R for data analysis and modeling
Experience with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, holdout tests).
Familiarity with forecasting techniques (e.g., time series models, regression).
Comfortable with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling with data
Experience with tools like dbt or Amplitude/MoEngage is a big plus
