We are seeking a visionary and technically adept Delivery Architect – Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent systems that combine the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based frameworks, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

You will architect and deliver secure, production-ready AI applications that span analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and intelligent agents. Leveraging platforms like Azure and tools such as LangChain, Crew AI, and Semantic Kernel, you will orchestrate agent workflows and integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, and tools.

Your role

AI System Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to organizational needs, including analytics, ML, NLP, generative AI, and intelligent agents.
• Build secure, scalable AI applications using cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable delivery.
• Create and orchestrate agent-based workflows using LangChain, Crew AI, and Semantic Kernel.
• Lead deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production environments in collaboration with DevOps and IT teams.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and platforms, including MCP and Azure AI Foundry.

Architecture, Delivery & Innovation Leadership

• Architect bespoke AI solutions using cutting-edge tools, APIs, data infrastructure, and runtime environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business goals and client needs.
• Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging AI methodologies and developing proprietary generative AI tools.
• Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Go-to-Market & Client Engagement

• Develop and lead AI service offerings across industry verticals in collaboration with market unit leaders.
• Manage large-scale, complex data analytics and AI projects.
• Lead client engagements including pitches, demos, and proposal development for analytics, ML, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
• Act as a thought leader by staying at the forefront of AI trends and advocating for advanced AI capabilities.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and develop junior engineers and data scientists.
• Shape team strategy, operations, and foster professional growth.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture that encourages experimentation, continuous learning, and effective execution.

Your skills and experience

Large Language Model (LLM) Expertise

• Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and few-shot learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or open-source alternatives.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Tool Integration

• Proven ability to design and implement RAG pipelines.
• Experience integrating LLMs with external tools, APIs, or databases using function calling or tool use.

Agent Frameworks & Orchestration

• Practical experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Ability to define agents, memory structures, and planning strategies.
• Skilled in task decomposition and execution using chains or multi-agent systems.

Multi-Agent System Design

• Experience designing collaborative or competitive agent ecosystems.
• Familiarity with agent scheduling, communication protocols, and coordination mechanisms.

Memory Architecture Implementation

• Proficiency in using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) for long-term memory and retrieval.

Human-in-the-Loop Systems & AI Safety

• Experience designing feedback loops for iterative model improvement.
• Knowledge of implementing guardrails, content filters, and fallback strategies to ensure safe and reliable AI behavior.
