Full-Stack Developer

Selah Digital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in full-stack development across web and mobile platforms, with proficiency in modern frameworks and a good understanding of healthcare standards and data protocols.

This role requires not just technical expertise, but also a clear understanding of project lifecycle management, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be responsible for leading technical tasks from ideation through delivery while also mentoring interns and supporting cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to conceptualize and deliver software solutions.
• Design and implement scalable client-side and server-side architecture.
• Build responsive, well-structured front-end applications with visually appealing UI.
• Develop and maintain robust, secure back-end systems and databases.
• Write efficient and reusable APIs for seamless integrations.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure responsiveness and performance of software products.
• Debug and upgrade existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Ensure all software incorporates appropriate security and data protection measures.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Lead project planning, manage deadlines, and support delivery from start to finish.
• Train interns and junior developers on development best practices and project tools.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and development plans.
• Conduct client demos and provide ongoing product support.
• Maintain healthcare compliance using standards like HL7, FHIR, and openEHR.
• Work closely with data analysts to optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role (3–5 years).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
• Experience with back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and full SDLC workflows.
• Experience working on end-to-end project management and client coordination.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a relevant field.
