Data Management Associate Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Associate Manager. This role covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation.

In this role, you will:

• Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues under direction of management
• Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
• Plan, direct, and evaluate workflow, assignments, or distribution
• Supervise and coach entry to mid-level roles in transactional and tactical tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Data Management
• Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of Leadership experience
