Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Governance & Oversight Portfolio

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Works with ECM leaders program stakeholders and sponsors to determine core execution strategies and alignment for enterprise portfolio reporting, determine ways to use analytics to drive decision making for senior management
• Defines and develops requirements for ECM’s analytic capabilities, that can be leveraged to solve challenges across NT
• Supports the analytical needs of the enterprise and various business, regional and legal entity functions within NT; enabling strategic prioritization, decision-making and regulatory reporting to deliver the most value
• Analyzes and understands core banking – operational and financial – processes aligned to Change Management, to help design and develop enduring solutions that provide analytical insights (both historical and predictive)
• Ensures best practice techniques are used to collect requirements, design, and build reporting and models of the data in a form that is accurate and insightful

• Utilizes multiple structured and unstructured data sources to create business intelligence and interactive reporting, dashboards and share insights across the enterprise
• Contributes to the development and delivery of solutions that: leverage and extend existing Business Intelligence and analytics infrastructure; consider metric governance and enterprise solutions alignment; are scalable, repeatable and effective; follow agreed upon governance and policies from ECM
• Assists with applying statistical models/methods to address ECM issues
• Develops metrics and creates ad-hoc reporting as needed

• Is skilled in multiple data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc)

• Interfaces with internal clients to communicate progress on requests, incidents and projects
• Leads small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, communicated and resolved in a timely manner

• Works with a high attention to details, interrogating sample data sets to derive clear insights for the organization
• Rapidly and effectively adapts to highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Participates in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
• Fosters a positive and collaborative environment
 

Knowledge:

• Multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise

• 5-8 Years of strong business intelligence analysis and data visualization skills required with demonstrable experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Data analysis and/or reporting skills necessary with strong application of analytics tooling (Power BI, Tableaus) required
• Experience with SQL and Excel preferred
• Strong project management skills a plus
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Some familiarity with relational and dimensional database concepts, querying, data warehouses, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools preferred
• Prior experience using statistical software or knowledge of various data mining and analytical tools (SSRS, SAS, etc.) preferred

Experience: A College or University degree with 5-8 years of relevant demonstrated work experience
