Requirements
• 5–8 years backend or full‑stack engineering experience
• 2+ years as lead/architect on data or MLOps SaaS
• At least 1 year working with LLMs or GenAI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude)
• Proven production APIs, data pipelines, cloud‑native services
• Strong cloud (AWS/GCP), container (Docker, ECS, Cloud Run), and DevOps (GitHub Actions, Terraform) skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non‑technical teams
• Bonus: founding‑team or first‑engineer startup experience

Responsibilities
• Build AI‑powered digital products, tools, and connected experiences
• Lead backend, infrastructure, data ingestion, model training, inference
• Design and manage LLM workflows across text, image, and video
• Collaborate with design and creative teams for brand campaigns
• Rapid prototyping and tracking AI trends
• Implement scalable cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD
• Mentor junior engineers and set best practices
• Contribute to technical vision and future engineering leadership
• Present technical road‑map and trade‑offs to execs, investors, clients
