Your work will enable trusted, reusable and ML ready data that drives intelligent product experience across our applications, internal tools and game environments.
Your Impact
Enabling AI/ML capabilities at scale and 8+ years of experience in designing, governing and evolving modern data systems
You will be focused on shaping the end-to-end data architecture that enables analytics, experimentation, machine learning and personalized experiences across our products, user facing applications, internal platforms and game based learning environments
You will lead the design of ML ready data platforms, set governance and quality standards and define the infra strategy for tools such as Databricks, ML Flow, dbt, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes

About You
Strategic architecture approach. A strong track record of designing modern data platforms that support batch and streaming workflows, real time APIs, ML feature stores and observability layers. You build with scalability in mind, enabling model training, batch inference and embedding intelligence in products
Deep ownership of data quality and structure
You excel at building structured, well-governed data systems. You design and enforce clear data models, naming conventions and lineage practices that make data easy to trust, track and reuse. You raise the bar on data quality, discoverability and readiness for end user consumptionExpertise in modern data & ML tooling
You have practical experience building with tools like Databricks, MLflow, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes. You know how to stitch these together into reliable, scalable data pipelines that are production-gradeDesigning for reuse at scale

Our Tech Stack
We use Databricks, Airflow, and DBT for data engineering and a data platform.
Monitoring and observability are via Datadog and Sentry.
We run on AWS with a modern cloud-native architecture using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Our backend services are primarily TypeScript and Python.
Frontend development is React to a GraphQL API.
