Smooth operations, improve patient care, and maximize performance.We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management, Analytics to lead the development and execution of our analytics strategy. In this critical role, you will leverage data to enhance our product offerings, drive business growth, and deliver actionable insights that improve patient and provider outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Develop the analytics strategy for our products in partnership with our Product Strategy and Product Operations team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
· Translate our analytics strategy into a roadmap, manage delivery in partnership with our Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse teams.
· Manage a broad set of stakeholders as leader of a shared services delivery function, including upward management and exposure to executive team and daily management of the execution teams.
· Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to effectively manage deliverables, including managing backlogs across
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.
· Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
· Work with UX designers to develop new reports and enhance existing ones based on user feedback and data analysis.
· Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and product management.
· Manage a team of product owners, product managers, and analysts
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Product Manager, with strong experience in analytics or data-driven products.
· Experience with the US healthcare industry
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills. [If India: Strong English communication skills]
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including with global teams.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Experience with analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
· Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field.
· Advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
· Experience in Value Based Care Healthcare space
· Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.
