We are laser-focused on transforming your digital journey so you can make extraordinary impact today, tomorrow and beyond.The Lead Solutions Engineer is a core technical member of the Customer Experience and Product Innovation (CXPD) team, working closely with the CXPD Head of Tech to support go-to-market (GTM) offerings through technical enablement. This role brings deep technical expertise to the development of CXPD offerings, including creating proofs of concept (PoCs), technical frameworks, and experimental prototypes. While not responsible for delivering client projects, the role plays a key part in enabling product managers, designers, and sales teams with the tools, insights, and technical assets needed to support innovation. Ideal for someone with a startup, entrepreneurial, or digital agency background, the role requires versatility, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to experimentation and solution ideation.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CXPD Head of Tech to embed emerging AI technologies into solution concepts and GTM offerings.
- Design and develop technical PoCs, prototypes, and experiments to explore new CX and AI ideas.
- Evaluate and test cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, automation platforms) for their practical use in CX innovation.
- Create and maintain reusable technical artifacts (e.g., reference architectures, demo code, workflows) for internal and GTM use.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to provide technical input into offering design and product experiments.
- Develop technical enablement materials such as demo environments, mockups, and code snippets to support pre-sales and marketing.
- Translate conceptual ideas into tangible technical experiments to assess feasibility, scalability, and value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between innovation strategy and technical execution.
- Continuously track, test, and share insights on evolving AI tools and platforms relevant to digital customer experience.
- Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices that accelerate future solution development.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experimentation with emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and AI-as-a-service platforms.
- Prototyping tools and environments (e.g., Bolt, UXPilot, low-code tools).
- Prompt engineering and AI model integration into CX workflows.
- Familiarity with CX platforms (chatbots, automation engines, personalization tools).
- Cloud-native architectures and deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- React for User Interface development and PoCs.
- Building technical demos and lightweight experimental apps.
- Data handling for AI-driven personalization and insights.
- Version control, documentation, and technical knowledge sharing.
- Experience applying AI in real-world business or customer contexts.
