Project description:
In the department of 'Customer Experience' we are responsible to keep the quality of our mobile network throughout Germany at the highest level and to always be one step ahead of the competition. To reach this target we focus on the digitalization and professional end-to-end automation of our business processes and implement new, innovative solution approaches (machine learning, AI, ...) to increase the quality for our customers.

Activity description and concrete tasks:
• Development of machine learning approaches to identify problems in the radio network, find the best solution to solve the issue, implement the neccessary changes and finally success verification (eg. ML /AI, Python, ETL)
• Integrate solutions in an End-to-End autmation plattform to solve nation wide mobile network problems
• Development of sustainable and effective data models
• Development of evaluation and control tools for different data sources to provide required data sets
• Developing innovative and data-driven solutions that provide tangible added value for our customers and our internal interfaces in mobile radio and service context
• Realize interfaces and data connection
• automated provision and pre-processing of various data sets

Qualifications

Skill requirements:
• Professional experiences in advanced analytics, machine learning or AI
• Enhances experiences in Data Engineering (ETL, validation, analysis, deductions)
• Big Data skills in Elastic Search, SQL, Python, Hadoop, PySpark, Linux-Shell
• Expert knowledge in automated provisioning and pre-processing of various data sets
• Experienced in developing ML models in Python and technical and methodological aspects of running ML models in production

Nice to have:
• Deep experiences in DevOps tools for automation solutions (Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Virtualization, Cloud environments, …)
