Leading in hearing healthcare Demant is the only company in the world that covers all areas of hearing healthcare, from hearing devices and hearing implants to diagnostic instruments and professional hearing care, and we harvest significant...We are a team of eight specialists, highly motivated and communicative. We focus on supporting processes in Navision, AX/D365, and assortment management tools.
Based in Szczecin, we work closely with our counterpart team at our headquarters in Kongebakken.
Master Data often serves as a source of improvement ideas, which is why we also collaborate with developers and support teams. In addition to ERP process support, we provide data to local users and assist them with any issues they encounter.

What tasks are waiting for you?

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all master data;

Manage the setup of new products in the system, ensuring all details are accurately captured;
-
Set up and update pricing based on agreed contracts, including annual price revisions;
-
Establish and maintain warranty information in the system;
-
Address and resolve requests efficiently, adhering to agreed KPIs;
-
Effectively gather and validate information to support data management processes;
-
Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement;

Assist colleagues with daily tasks, particularly in global master data management, including new product introductions, price updates, and global product launches;

Have strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions;

Are proficient in clear and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders;

Have the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines;

Have experience with ERP systems, particularly AX/D365 and Navision, with a focus on supporting Navision processes;

Have good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ensuring familiarity with master data management processes;

A higher education degree, preferably in logistics, IT, or a related field.
