Our mission is to create AI-powered features that help marketers easily craft, adapt, and optimize high-performing ads using the latest advances in text, image, video, and structured data. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to translate user problems into viable AI-driven solutions.
• Build AI-powered product features using LLMs and foundation models for text, image, and video through agentic workflows. You will be part of the full development lifecycle: from concept and experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Build internal tooling and abstractions to enable scalable, safe, and efficient use of GenAI technologies.
• Contribute to the evolution of our platform's AI/LLM architecture and best practices, helping to establish standards and reusable solutions.
• Stay current with fast-moving advances in LLMs, multimodal AI, and prompt engineering,and bring that knowledge into practice.
• Apply and enhance your soft skills through working closely with your colleagues and our customers. Doing knowledge shares, running productive meetings, and pair programming/debugging are just some ways we grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Several years of experience developing production grade software using cutting edge technologies
• Experience with micro-services architecture and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS)
• Experience with AI/LLM-based systems
• Strong interest in the capabilities, limits, and trade-offs of generative AI, including cost/performance, hallucinations, safety, and latency.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and translating ambiguous problems into scoped, testable engineering initiatives.
• Strong product intuition and user-centric mindset - you understand that AI is one tool among many to solve our customers’ problems.
• Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity from our Helsinki office 3 days a week.

Bonus Points for:

• Prior work with Agent frameworks
• Familiarity with multimodal AI systems (text-image, text-video, or audio integration)
• Experience developing products using Machine Learning
• Python knowledge
• Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Flowise, etc.).
• Open-source contributions to LLM or GenAI-related tools
