Who we are  

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.

     Your role and key responsibilities

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the “Value Chain Simulation” team
• Development and execution of simulations for the optimization of factory processes, material flows and multi-level supply chains
• Creation of Decision Support Scenarios for Operational Units (OPS)
• Modeling and visualization of complex logistics networks
• Close cooperation with specialist departments to identify and implement relevant use cases

     What you bring to the team

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics, computer science, data science or comparable
• Professional experience in the supply chain mangement or a related field
• Proven experience in professional and disciplinary management
• Experience with simulation software (e.g. AnyLogic, Plant Simulation, Simio)
• Knowledge of data analysis, statistics and optimization (e.g. with Python, R, MATLAB)
