Your Role on Our Team

As a Manager, Analytics Engineering, you will be a cross-functional leader embedded with Supply Chain and Operations (SC&O) teams while partnering with global data stakeholders. You will:

· Design and optimize scalable data models, pipelines, and platforms for reporting, self-service BI, and AI/ML use

· Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and BI developers to align models with functional needs

· Act as a liaison and approver across SC&O and global teams, ensuring consistent data standards and platform alignment

· Define and enforce Data Catalog and Governance Standards to serve global and local requirements

· Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations to improve data accessibility and usability

· Mentor and provide technical leadership to other analytics professionals

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

This role bridges the gap between data engineering and analytics, enabling high-impact data solutions for SC&O functions. You'll lead efforts to:

· Drive business value through unified, governed data across all SC&O domains

· Ensure visibility and a single source of truth for decision-making

· Eliminate redundancy and remove duplicative data sources

· Maintain zero-downtime standards for production assets

· Advocate and implement best-in-class tools, modeling, and governance practices

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

· 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development

· Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise (dimensional modeling, ELT pipelines, etc.)

· Experience with Azure Databricks

· Strong business acumen to connect data solutions with operational strategy

· Passion for data governance, quality, and process improvement

· Proficiency in scripting (Python, SQL, or similar)

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

· ERP/MRP/Order Management platform experience (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics)

· Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how to operationalize AI insights

· Experience with BI tools (Power BI)
