Job Title: Master Data Analyst
Duration - 12 Months
Pay Rate - $37/hr
Location: Tampa FL

Responsibility
As a Finance Master Data Analyst, you will be

  • Ensuring Accounting/Controlling Master Data tasks are performed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining Chart of accounts, Checking and updating the information according of the group request
  • Interacting with General Ledger, R2R, C2A, I2P and Treasury teams in the spirit of end-to-end process implementation
  • Preparing guidelines according to TAP processes
  • Responsible for delivering processes framed by MDM manager i.e. accurately and in a timely manner and propose improvements
  • Responsible for MDM Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance dashboards for the group of entities assigned and propose action plans when needed
  • the point of contact of team local team for technical/operative questions
  • Identifying any process improvements, harmonization’s gap, risks alert, etc.
  • Monitoring and active support to keep data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (e.g. My Market, Compass, Tiger, Contact).
  • Helping the FMD team for any Finance master data related projects and other topics.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in accounting, finance or financial data department
  • Supplier relationship experience
  • Knowledge of accounting rules, standards and regulations related
  • Knowledge of accounting processes and internal control principles
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Respects deadlines and manages priorities
  • Has a rigorous and precise approach
  • Teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Teamwork and knowledge sharing
  • Ability to perform appropriate controls
  • Ability to communicate
  • Ability to work in groups and delegate tasks
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to enforce compliance on process and accounting rules
  • Change management experience / Growth mindset
