Team Overview

 At 99Food, data is at the core of every decision. As the Strategy, Data and Analytics Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for transforming data into strategic intelligence — enabling the broader marketing team to deliver highly effective campaigns, city-level initiatives, and measurable growth. This role is both analytical and strategic, helping connect insights to execution across the restaurant and consumer funnels.

Role Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining scalable data ecosystems that enable campaign and promo tracking across EFOs, restaurant online rate, ROAS, and user engagement metrics.

  • Partnering with Growth and Regional teams to inform city-level planning with data on restaurant tiers, user segments, and business potential.

  • Setting performance targets for conversion campaigns based on potential, restaurant type, and user value by city.

  • Recommending investment allocation across channels and moments based on historical performance, audience readiness, and market benchmarks.

  • Delivering insights and timely reporting to support decision-making and real-time campaign optimization.

  • Collaborating with commercial, CRM, brand, and product stakeholders to ensure data strategy translates into operational effectiveness.

 

Role Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or business intelligence roles — ideally in tech, retail, or marketplaces.

  • A strong understanding of growth marketing dynamics, user behavior, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Proven ability to connect data to actionable insights and communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Fluency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and campaign performance measurement.

  • Ability to structure complex problems and deliver clear, strategic recommendations.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
