Red River is a leading provider of managed cybersecurity services, managed cloud solutions, IT infrastructure solutions and more.Red River is seeking an AI Solutions Account Manager to drive new AI pipeline and business development opportunities in federal and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI industry, machine learning (ML) applications, and emerging AI technologies, combined with a proven track record in driving sales growth for AI-powered solutions. This role requires strategic vision, market expertise, and strong leadership to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. The primary objective is to evangelize AI capabilities along with the AI Practice Lead to drive new AI-related revenue streams for Red River.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Overlay: Serve as a sales overlay providing AI expertise during sales activities.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the AI technology landscape.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for AI solutions, aligning with business objectives and revenue growth targets.
Product Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance our AI solutions and services portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand.
Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with AI technology vendors, cloud providers, and enterprise AI solution developers to drive sales growth.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create AI sales enablement materials, product positioning strategies, and training programs.
Customer Engagement: Lead high-level engagements with key customers to understand their AI and data analytics needs and propose tailored solutions.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offerings to identify differentiators and strategic advantages for Red River’s AI business.
Thought Leadership: Serve as an AI subject matter expert and industry evangelist, providing insights at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in quota-aligned technology sales, with a focus on AI, machine learning, data analytics, or cloud-based AI solutions.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth in an AI-focused sales leadership role.
Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise AI solutions.
Experience developing and executing AI-focused go-to-market strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical AI concepts in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Existing relationships with AI vendors, cloud partners, and enterprise customers is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 50% for customer, partner, and corporate meetings.
Diverse background that includes, Federal, DoD, and US Public Sector experience.
Active or ability to acquire a Top-Secret Clearance is preferred.
