The Advanced Analytics Manager (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee, WI will develop analytics and insight capabilities with Molson Coors business partners. Evaluate new data sets requested by business stakeholders, develop the processes to load and prepare the data for use by data science teams, and ensure business objectives are met through analytics. Work with SQL, R, Python programming languages, Tableau, other analytical tools, Agile or Sprint development methodology, advanced statistics and machine learning methodologies to bring together and interrogate multiple big data sets and deliver actionable insights and strategies to the business. Support the development and execution of commercial analytics across channels, chains & products. Analyze data across multiple structured and unstructured data sets from disparate sources and markets, implement analytical techniques, and develop visualization tools to drive the analytics and insights. Conduct quality checks and provide governance to ensure analytics and insights validity and applicability. Lead the development and execution of custom analyses focused on quantitative methods and use influence management to anticipate and solve key conflicts/tradeoffs in timing delivery. Design, adapt, and roll-out analytical products or services from individual business areas or countries into wider Molson Coors Business. Develop and deliver action-oriented, insightful analytic presentations that provide consultative direction to key stakeholders. Transform complex data into compelling data visualization narratives that clearly communicate and resonate with both technical developers and business users and drive data-informed decisions within the organization. Adhere and support best practices for data analytics including documentation of data and processes. Build and lead ad-hoc training/education sessions with stakeholders and end users to build adoption and usage of analytics within the organization. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week. Salary: $90,210 - $149,800.

 

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 2 years in a professional analytics development, or related, occupation. Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: (1) SQL; (2) programming languages including Python, and R; (3) GIT; (4) Tableau analytical tools; (5)   statistics including regression or time-series modeling; (6) machine learning; (7) Extract Transform and Load (ETL) with Structured and Unstructured Datasets; (8) data analysis and validation; (9) Microsoft functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query; and (10) Agile Methodology.
