Department overview

We work with Finance to establish ROI models, with IT to design scalable data models, with Operations to measure productivity, and with Clinical teams to evaluate interventions. As a Manager of Healthcare Analytics, you will: 

• Lead the development and delivery of analytics that identify opportunities to improve health and health care outcomes, performance across care delivery programs, and sustainability of care. 

• Oversee the creation of performance and outcomes reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 

• Manage and mentor analysts, guiding complex analyses, validating assumptions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. 

• Act as a subject matter expert on client performance and Navvis’ proprietary analytics platform. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally and with client partners to scale adoption of insights. 

• Lead market-specific analytics initiatives and presenting insights to Market and Enterprise leadership, and client stakeholders. 

• Ensure data quality assurance, and methodological standardization and rigor, across all analytic outputs. 

• Support financial projections and modeling for clinical and operational programs.

A day in the life: 

• Partner with Data Operations to ensure data integrity and readiness

• Develop and refine dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Analyze benchmarking data and forecast trends using a variety of data sources including claims, clinical (i.e., EMR, HIE), notifications (ADT), and other sources 

• Coordinate with clinical teams to support care redesign and performance improvement

• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables

Requirements

We’re excited about you if you have these things: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics (MA/MS preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, a value-based risk-bearing organization or health plan required

• Experience with all types of healthcare data utilized in value-based care including but not limited to public and private payer claims , clinical (EMR, HIE, lab, etc.), notifications, patient-reported outcomes and experience, quality, financial and cost, and provider and network.

• Formal people management experience is preferred 

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and statistical tools like Python, R, or SAS

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
