Job Summary: Responsible for managing assigned data sources to ensure accurate and timely data delivery to support business needs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to data quality, access, and integration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data sources according to established policies and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation processes.
• Develop and implement data management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and reporting processes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to end users on data-related queries and issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data management efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data management, preferably in a healthcare or other highly regulated industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
