We are looking for a hungry & commercially focused Data Analyst looking for the next step up in their career. This role is tied directly to the company’s growth.

It is a cross-functional approach to aligning and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth. The goal is to assist the business in several ways, such as identifying areas that need improvements, using data to determine when and where to implement new products or services and assisting in identifying revenue driven initiatives. This will enable the company to improve the customer experience, increase efficiency, and make data-driven decisions to achieve revenue targets.

You will be working alongside the senior management team to set the overall direction and strategy for the company’s revenue generating teams, by aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to meet and exceed KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting data from various sources with the end goal of achieving revenue, prospecting, retention and new business targets
  • Analyzing collected data and putting it into a format that others can easily interpret to aid in achieving/exceeding targeted revenues for the market and for controlling expenses
  • Work with management to help define, design and deliver on change management, quarterly OKRs and strategies to achieve agreed-upon business goals
  • Interpreting data trends and patterns as they relate to the organization
  • Translate market and station business strategies into specific actions to generate sales and revenue
  • Preparing reports for leadership to use in the business
  • Collaborating with other employees, including engineers and programmers, to determine areas of improvement in relation to data
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and revenue forecasts


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with BI/data analytics tools is a must-have
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Team-player
  • Willing to step up/expand the role into business
  • Languages: English + nice to have: Spanish
