At Badger Technologies, we revolutionize retail and industrial spaces with autonomous robotics solutions that streamline operations and deliver unmatched value. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our robotics and analytics team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to build scalable data infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex datasets into insights that power innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines to transform robotic data into actionable datasets.
• Prepare large-scale sensor, image, and operational data for real-time and batch analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and robotics engineers to align data needs with analytics models.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all sources.
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, and other tools to streamline data management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala for data transformation.
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with development tools like VS Code and working with structured/unstructured data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• A data governance mindset, focusing on data quality, lineage, and compliance.
• A storytelling approach to communicating the importance of structured data for analytics.

Learning Opportunities:

• Collaborate with robotics and analytics teams to design scalable data workflows.
• Gain exposure to cloud platforms and modern data engineering tools.
• Contribute to product and analytics initiatives where well-structured data enables strategic decisions.
