Mission for the Internship:

• Collaborate with the customer care team to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to customer care operations such as spare parts, service network, warranty etc.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to customer care.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to address specific business questions or challenges related to customer care.
• Support the development of data-driven initiatives aimed at optimizing customer care operations.

Learning Opportunities:

• Gaining knowledge about the car manufacturing industry and understanding industry-specific metrics and KPIs.
• Learning best practices and industry standards in analytics and working on actual business problems and datasets.
• Participating in end-to-end projects from data collection to analysis and reporting
• Getting experience in analytics tools such as Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports.

Key educational requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and DAX language.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
