What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for Dare’s global treasury activities. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will consolidate and develop Dare’s Treasury function into a key business partner and profit centre. Further responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and optimise Dare’s liquidity, investments and borrowings.
• Design and implement treasury policies and procedures to reduce costs and maximise returns on cash.
• Build out policy around FX management/exposure and the company’s ability to manage it effectively.
• Manage and report on Dare’s capital requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards and risk frameworks.
• Become the SME for all Treasury-related topics.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in Treasury role.
• Proven ability to manage liquidity, cash, FX and funding.
• Previous work directly supporting trading desks.
• Experience at a trading firm, preferably in commodities/energy trading or at least an understanding of these markets.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing policies and procedures, or have scaled treasury into a strategic function.

Desirable

• Treasury or finance qualification e.g. CFA.
• Understanding of Python.
