What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for Dare’s global treasury activities. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will consolidate and develop Dare’s Treasury function into a key business partner and profit centre. Further responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and optimise Dare’s liquidity, investments and borrowings.
- Design and implement treasury policies and procedures to reduce costs and maximise returns on cash.
- Build out policy around FX management/exposure and the company’s ability to manage it effectively.
- Manage and report on Dare’s capital requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards and risk frameworks.
- Become the SME for all Treasury-related topics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid experience in Treasury role.
- Proven ability to manage liquidity, cash, FX and funding.
- Previous work directly supporting trading desks.
- Experience at a trading firm, preferably in commodities/energy trading or at least an understanding of these markets.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing policies and procedures, or have scaled treasury into a strategic function.
Desirable
- Treasury or finance qualification e.g. CFA.
- Understanding of Python.
